Automated search processing has been restored across affected counties. Some searches may experience brief delays as the queue catches up. Please expect delays as the backlog returns to normal

Monitoring

Changes to the Equivant CourtView eServices/eAccess platform has caused system instability that is impacting some automated search processing across multiple Ohio counties. Searches are currently being processed manually and may experience delays. Affected counties include Greene, Hancock, Henry, Lake, Marion, Mercer, Miami, Union, and Washington. No ETA for resolution at this time
