North Carolina has confirmed that the Track 10 counties are now live: Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, McDowell, Rowan, and Rutherford. Automation has resumed and is processing in all counties. The website is experiencing performance issues, so throughput may be slower than usual until the state resolves them.

North Carolina is transitioning additional counties to their new case management system. Beginning Wednesday, October 8 at 7:00 PM EST, data from the following counties will only be current through October 8th: Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, McDowell, Rowan, and Rutherford.
Please note that North Carolina’s systems will be unavailable from Friday, October 10th at 5:00 PM until Monday, October 13th due to the migration process.
