Counties and States experiencing an ongoing delay due to updated processing, staffing, etc.
-- AR: Jefferson - The court is currently short staffed. Please expect significant delays.
-- CA: Orange - The online index is down and searches are unable to be completed. Please expect delays until that is back online.
-- CA: Sacramento and Stanislaus- Sacramento and Stanislaus has implemented a limit of 5 case file pulls per day for researchers. Please expect delays due to these court restrictions.
-- CA: Riverside: The court's PATs have been experiencing intermittent issues. Please expect delays on orders.
-- GA: Clayton - Please expect delays on Clayton, GA orders due to limited PAT availability at the Superior court and required clerk assistance for additional case information.
-- NY: Monroe and Suffolk - Due to the NY Clean Slate Laws, our research team is working directly with the clerks. Each researcher is limited to 10 requests per day.
