Update
North Carolina has confirmed that the Track 9 counties are now live: Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caswell, Forsyth, Madison, Mitchell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Yancey. Counties not included in the migration are processing as normal. We are actively working to restore automation for all counties and will continue monitoring the situation, providing updates as they become available.

North Carolina is transitioning additional counties to their new case management system. Beginning Wednesday, July 16th at 7:00 PM EST, data from the following counties will only be current through July 16th: Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caswell, Forsyth, Madison, Mitchell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Yancey.
Please note that North Carolina’s systems will be unavailable from Friday, July 18th at 5:00 PM until Monday, July 21st due to the migration process.
