The state continues to actively to restore access to county data, a total of 102 counties have regained access. Ongoing efforts persist in access restoration.

The state continues to actively to restore access to county data. Apart from the 28 counties that were restored last week, an additional 41 counties have regained access. While the initial plan aimed to restore access in 105 counties onto the case management system by the end of last week, system performance slowed down the process. Ongoing efforts persist in access restoration.

UPDATE: The state has begun restoring access to county data for in-court research. 14 counties had their access to the Kansas eCourt case management system restored last week, and an additional 14 counties today, 12/18. All counties are expected to regain access by EOW.

The Kansas Supreme Court today issued Administrative Order 2023-CC-073 declaring court clerk offices inaccessible for electronic filings. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation. Please expect delays until the online index is fully operational again.
